We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join us for the following positions:
- Senior Project Manager (SPM)
Reporting to Project Leader, SPM to manage and ensure project progress as planned, comply of all authority rules and regulations, able to manage various contractors and consultants. Concurrently manage project cost as budgeted and ensure high standards of construction quality in Cambodia.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural, Quantity Survey or equivalent. At least 8 years relevant working experience in property development industry, able to work under tight schedule, ability to handle project scheduling and big scale development, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to speak Khmer will be an added advantage.
- Development Manager (DM)
Reporting to Project Leader, DM is to update and monitor project feasibility at all times, obtain all information from relevant suppliers or authorities, liaison with local partners and relevant authorities, sourcing of new business opportunities for company to grow in the future, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities, ideally familiar with Cambodia’s property development laws and construction methods, assist in managing project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with relevant track record in managing large scale development projects.
Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in property development industry, able to conduct full feasibility studies, good PR skills. Preferably with international exposure especially in Indo China. Ability to speak Khmer is an added advantage.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
