ISPP is a non-profit, non-sectarian, IB World School providing an internationally recognized education for Cambodian and expatriate students aged 3-18 years.
We wish to invite applications for the following position:
Social Worker (SW)
Job Purpose:
The role of Social Worker (SW) is to establish, develop and coordinate a social work program at ISPP in order to provide the best support for students’ psychological and mental development and to uphold children’s rights in accordance with the law.
Duties include:
♦ Plan and develop the school’s social work program and implement it;
♦ Organize the implementation of child protection training program;
♦ Work with government agencies on the school’s behalf in matters related to social work;
♦ Prepare the periodical and annual reports about the school’s social work program.
Position requires:

♦ Fluent in English and Khmer languages;
♦ Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
♦ Ability to think strategically and to exert positive influence;
♦ Ability to build rapport;
♦ Good organization skills.
Education and Experience
♦ Master’s degree in Social Work or a related major (sociology, counseling etc);
♦ Minimum TOEFL score of 550 or equivalent;
♦ Minimum of 5-year work experience in social work, especially in child protection. Priority is given to work experience in schools, especially in international schools.
