This renowned NGO cares for more than 2,000 students and 10,000 people annually, providing to entire families and communities in crisis.   About the role: Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer, the Sponsorship Program Manager leads the development and implementation of Sponsorship Strategy to achieve set targets. The role is key to supporting an important and ongoing income flow to CCF and creating engagement with child sponsors. The Sponsorship Manager monitors and reviews progress to ensure the success of the program.   The incumbent will provide innovative solutions to improve the program to attract new sponsors, maximize donations and retain existing sponsors by building authentic relationships between sponsor and child. This involves liaison with colleagues in the local Cambodian and various international offices, specifically with Marketing and Communications, and Donor Relations to manage sponsor’s visits successfully.   As a member of Senior Management Team (SMT), s/he will lead a large Cambodian based team to ensure high-quality deliveries and shared decision making.
