Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) monitors factories, trains management and workers, and provides guidance on factory improvements in the Cambodian garment and footwear industries. BFC is part of the International Labour Organization’s Better Work programme.
The Technical Officer, Assistant Program Manager position will assist the Programme Manager with support for human resource management, and will take primary responsibility for the factory monitoring program, including BFC’s transparency initiative.
