Summary Key Functions:
• Ensures effective support to United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in preparation and implementation of country programming process, products and Resident Coordinator Work Plan
• Ensures creation of strategic partnerships and implementation of the resource mobilization strategy for United Nations Development Assistance Framework implementation
• Ensures effective advocacy of United Nations activities and facilitation of knowledge building and management
