Individual Consultant: Development of training strategy and curriculum on the use of the clinical handbook on healthcare for children subjected to violence or sexual abuse
Development of training strategy and curriculum will include the following tasks: ♦ Review and base the work on relevant policies, documentation and existing guidelines ♦ Draft an inception report based on the review of relevant documents ♦ Conduct one planning meeting with UNICEF and partners ♦ Design training strategy on the use of the clinical handbook on healthcare for children subjected to violence or sexual abuse ♦ Design training curriculum and supporting materials on the use of the clinical handbook on healthcare for children subjected to violence or sexual abuse ♦ Conduct one technical meeting with UNICEF and the external reference group ♦ Test the training strategy and curriculum in 5 health facilities in the IECD districts ♦ Conduct one validation workshop with UNICEF and the external reference group
We expect you to be committed to UNICEF’s mission, and have: Master level academic qualification related to the task (e.g. public health, training, social work or child therapy or a relevant discipline) At least 5 years of professional experience in planning training and developing training and course materials, preferably in the social sector Spoken and written fluency in Khmer and English
Duration: 32 days between May and October 2017
