VACANCY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT


Khmer Specialized Bank has just obtained principle approval from National Bank of Cambodia,our aim is focusing on the Cambodian economic development to improve the living standard of Cambodian people through providing new technology and sophisticated financial services, is now urgently looking for potential candidates to fill in the following vacancypositions based in Phnom Penh.

1. Finance Manager (1 Post)
• Degree in Finance and/or post graduated qualification
• A sound knowledge of financial reporting techniques in banking sector at least 4 years and strong background in internal control and dealing with external audit.
• A strong knowledge of bank operations would be a distinct advantaged, in particular know ledges of the tax and banking regulatory environments

2. Legal Manager (1 Post)
• Degree in Finance and/or post graduated qualification
• A sound knowledge of financial reporting techniques in banking sector at least 4 years and strong background in internal control and dealing with external audit.
• A strong knowledge of bank operations would be a distinct advantaged, in particular know ledges of the tax and banking regulatory environments.

3. Mobile Banking Manager (1 Post)
• Degree in IT and/post graduated qualification
• Sound knowledge and experience on Internet/Mobile Banking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 3 experiences in the related field.

4. Risk & Compliance Manager (1 Post)
• Master Degree in Law or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences working in commercial banks with managerial level in risk and compliance department.
• Knowledge of generally standard law practices and principles.
• Well knowledge of applicable laws, codes and NBC regulations

5. Marketing Officers (2 Posts)
• 3 years minimum of sales and marketing experience in banking industry
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Self-motivation and drive

6. Senior/Credit Officers (3 Posts)
• Experience in credit environment and understand loan management
• Working knowledge of Cambodian real-estate business and property valuation is strongly preferred but not required.
• Sound level of interpersonal, negotiation, interview, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of risk and compliances, bank policy and procedures, credit principles, lending products and services

7. IT Officers (2 Posts)
• Degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience in managing the bank IT infrastructure
• Experience in managing network and security
• Experience with Core Banking System
• Experience in Oracle DBA

8. HR Assistant (1 Post)
• Bachelor Degree in management, economics, law and business administration.
• Able to work independently
• At least 1 year experience in HR role
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Good comment of office application for computer.

9. Tellers (10 Posts)
• Bachelor Degree/professional qualification in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year banking experience in cash and service is an advantage, or fresh graduated students are also welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills & fluent in English, good Chinese speaking is an advantage for all positions.
