1. Bancassurance Sales Manager The incumbent is responsible to help the company in managing and developing its bancassurance sales team in order to achieve business results and objectives.
Main Duties
- Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to the sales team to ensure success and delivery of business objectives
- Support business partners to identify business opportunities that are mutually beneficial
- Build new relationship and strengthen existing client and business partner relationship
- Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members
- Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members
- Perform other tasks as required
Skills/ Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field is preferred
- Proven track record in sales management and people management a definite advantage
- Knowledge of insurance product in particular and the financial services industry in general
- A vested interest in keeping abreast of the industry and market trends
- Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Aggressive with strong business sense
- Sales focus, results driven, relationship building, professional maturity, teamwork and self-confidence
- Strong networking skills
- Results orientd, plus ability to balance mutiple priorities
2. Internal Audit Manager Main Duties
- Plan and execute audit projects in accordance with Corporate and departmental standards to ensure quality of works
- Understand the risks managed by business units, and develop risk management objectives and audit programs for evaluation
- Prepare audit reports, and provide practical & value-added recommendations to improve risk management practices, efficiency & effectiveness of operations
- Develop management self-assessment questionnaires at the completion of each audit
- Present findings and recommendations to management; reach agreement on proper solutions for risk management and operational efficiency issues
- Provide risk management consulting support and education & training to business units
- Perform other tasks as required
Skills/ Requirements
- Degree holder with 4 to 5 years of relevant auditing experiences
- Recognized professional designation in accounting or auditing
- Good knowledge of audit methodologies, control frameworks and risk management techniques
- Good working knowledge of life insurance operations and company policies will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proven relationship skills including a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels
