Japan pledges nearly $3-million to court

After revising the budget for months, the court presented a new version to the donor community's "steering committee" on Monday. A meeting with the larger Group of Interested States is scheduled for Friday.

Jarvis said a press conference outlining more details about the budget will be held in Phnom Penh early next week.
