Spokesman to leave court

After three years at the ECCC, Peter Foster, one of three spokespeople at the tribunal, announced this week that he is leaving Cambodia to accept a new job elsewhere. No word yet on whether his current position will be filled.

In a statement to media representatives, Foster wrote that he will "look forward to reading more reports about the ECCC as it continues to 'move forward through justice.'"
