Let it melt in your mouth, if you want.  The ice cream will land directly on your tongue and you can savour the flavour at your own pace.

DO you know what a stress ball is?  It’s no more than a squishy ball that you can squeeze between your fingers to relieve stress.  If you’re frustrated or angry, just put a stress ball in your hand and clench your fist as hard as you can.  It’s hard to tear because it’s soft and rubbery, and it will take all your anger away.  Try out a stress ball any time you’re not feeling well.
