Let’s play volleyball!
Just pick a location where you won’t disturb anyone. Could be behind your house or your school campus. Try volleyball, that is all about, running, jumping, throwing and punching, which makes you sweat a lot. This helps you getting rid of the pollutants you might have all over your body. Not to mention that it is a good way to put on some muscle mass.

Do some yoga!
Try to do some yoga by yourself. Sit down and cross your legs. Start breathing in and out slowly for a while. Additionally, you can also move your hands up and down to pace up your breathing. Then, lie down on your back or stand up and move your hands and legs up and down. Always remember one thing in yoga: every movement has to follow your breathing pattern. Half an hour every morning of these simple yoga moves will make you feel fresh and young again!

How guys can build muscles?
Looking more charming and attractive is a focus on every man's mind. Workout more and get the missing additional muscle mass you need! For arm exercises you can do some weightlifting either at home or at the gym. Be aware that overtraining may incur physical risks. The bench-press is the ideal exercise for bigger chest muscles. Get a stronger grip with dumbbells exercise. If you want a firmer backside, leg curl is the way! More muscle mass requires a diet rich in protein! Don't pass on the eggs and meat then!

Dancing at home 
Are you a shy person and uncomfortable with dancing in public even though you really like dancing? Don’t worry about it because you can just dance at home. There you are alone and can pick the music you like. Follow the rhythm of the lyrics and enjoy it. Dancing for half an hour a day is not only fun but also helps you burn a lot of fat while keeping you slim.

How to learn swimming
Can you swim?  If you cannot swim, please follow these crash-course steps for successful swimming – make sure you have a responsible good swimmer with you. First, safely enter shallow water. Move your arms through the water in strokes, get propulsion from your leg kicks for your body to float. Last but not least, a swimwear is always recommended in the water. Swimming everyday is easy and you can learn it!
