This week, LIFT has a new place to recommend for you and your lover: a nice meal at Fresh Salad Bar. The food at Fresh Salad Bar is not only delicious but is also beneficial to your health and the environment, and the atmosphere is cool and romantic.

Located at #37 Street 310, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kong 1, you will see a nice decorated restaurant with white and green colours, and a transparent door which reveals the amazing interior design.

Opening the door, you would get a comfortable feeling from the air conditioner and beautiful romantic music. The tables and chairs are made of smooth wood and decorated in lines that makes it look unique and not too colourful.  

Fresh Salad Bar owner Vang Jing Jung, who is 23 years old, said that there are seven different salad types that are served in the restaurant and all of them are grown in Cambodia without chemical substances that could affect people’s health.

He added that at Fresh Salad Bar, customers could choose many types of meat and fish for their salad, such as tuna, salmon, chicken, and bacon.

After having such a delicious fresh salad, you could also have a vegetable soup, sandwich, sake fruit juice, coffee, orange juice and other sweet drinks.

The price of salads depends on the choices and type of salad that the clients choose.

Vegetarian salad costs five dollars while the ssparagus salmon salad with blue cheese  price costs $7.50.  

If you have free time, you should visit Fresh Salad Bar and have a nice, delicious meal while listening to romantic music with you lover.
