In line with its vision, PSI/Cambodia has evolved into a Cambodian organization, Population Services Khmer (PSK). PSK is an independent, local non-government organization that was registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. PSK’s mission is to improve the health of low-income and vulnerable Cambodians through social marketing in collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia. PSK will have an organic and sustained connection with PSI and will benefit from the global network to promote life-saving products, services and communications to help Cambodians lead healthier lives.
MIS Manager, Cambodian national only, 1 full-time position
The MIS Manager plays crucial roles of managing overall information system for the organization including the maintenance and upgrade of complex databases in SQL Server that has the ability to integrate different interventions including Sales, Medical Detailing, Health Services, training etc. The organization’s programming decision is evidence-based and data driven so proper setup of a system and timely data availability is the most important of all. With the power of technology available and applicable, s/he will be expected to creatively think of different ways of data collection and reporting including web and mobile (SMS, Smart Phone) for better information flow within the organization and across partners. The role will also include the lead of the whole MIS team to ensure tasks are properly delegated, follow-ups are being done often and guidance and support are consistently provided.
. Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology or in related fields computer science, programming and computer engineering.
. At least 5 years experience in database and web application development with SQL Server, Ms. Access, VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net and all necessary subjects for information management.
. At least 2 years experience working with GIS including GPS and ArcGIS with advanced analysis.
. At least two-year experience in staff and task management
. Experience in software development project is advantageous
. Be an advanced user of office application suite including Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet, Email
. Proficiency in English, writing and speaking
