Mother’s allowance denial ends violently

A mum is recovering from thankfully minor injuries after being beaten by her own drug-addict sons. Police said the duo had approached their mother on Monday, asking for $5 to purchase drugs.

Refused, they became enraged and struck her in the face before neighbours raised a cry for help. They bolted, but police were able to run them down before they could escape. DEUM AMPIL
