Partnering to Save Lives (PSL)


Marie Stopes International Cambodia (MSIC), CARE and Save the Children have partnered with the Cambodian Ministry of Health and the Australian Government Aid Agency (AusAID) to develop the Partnering to Save Lives (PSL) program. PSL’s goal is to save the lives of women and neonates in Cambodia through improved quality, access and utilization of reproductive, maternal, neonatal health (RMNH) services. A Coordination and Learning Unit (CLU) is being established to monitor and evaluate progress against results, and synthesize and share  learning.

To assist the CLU Director, the PSL program is looking for innovative and talented people to fill a number of key positions within the CLU based in Phnom Penh, but who are willing to travel to relevant project sites as required.



Position:
National CLU Coordinator: as the National CLU Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the consolidation of data from the three implementing NGO partners to reflect the PSL program outcomes and for leading on the M&E of joint program activities. This includes developing the PSL database, implementing the M&E framework, sourcing relevant M&E tools or developing new ones where necessary. The Coordinator should be able to represent PSL and the CLU in the Director’s absence.

Requirements:
A Masters degree in social sciences, research, public health or other relevant field, or a Bachelors degree plus at least 5 years of applicable experience

Position:
CLU Admin Officer: as the CLU Admin Officer, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the CLU, including organizing PSL events. You will assist the CLU Director and National Coordinator in implementing policies and procedures across the partnership and in the monitoring and evaluation of joint program activities.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor degree in business administration, social sciences, public health or related field with 2-3 years working experience in administration.
