A BODYGUARD at the Ministry of Interior has been charged  with illegally discharging his weapon on Sunday in the capital’s Chamkarmon district. Lieutenant Keo Pao Rotha is believed to have fired the bullets after a beer girl refused to sit down with him at the Bopha Cheay Den Beer Garden, district military police chief Khoun Sam Ol said yesterday.
