28 packets of drugs seized during raid

Two Vietnamese nationals were charged yesterday with drug trafficking after being arrested in a coffee shop in Phnom Penh on Friday. Deputy police chief of Chamkarmon district Koy Ree said that during the arrest of Nguven Thilary, aged 53, and Chang Tong, aged 26, police seized a total of 28 packages of methamphetamine.
