About 100 civil society activists and government officials gathered in Battambang province Wednesday for a two-day workshop discussing the role of civil society in the government’s decentralisation reforms. “The participants had a great opportunity to exchange experiences and explore different and innovative approaches to decentralisation,” said Michelle Labeeu, the head of operations at the Delegation of the EU to Cambodia.
