The Anti-Corruption Unit arrested a former director of the inspection department at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on Saturday for allegedly embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to Colonel Pol Khemra at the Ministry of Interior.

Chem Sangvar, the ex-director of the inspection department, was then charged with embezzlement, according to a clerk who declined to be named. ACU head Om Yentieng could not be reached for comment.
