The International Fund for Agricultural Development, an off-shoot of the World Bank,

announced the approval of a $4.75m loan to Cambodia. The loan is part of a $35.11m

"rational project" to bring about "sustainable improvements"

in agricultural productivity, primarily through new technologies and "field

development activitites."
