Preah Sihanouk provincial police arrested a 40-year-old American on Monday on suspicion of vandalising property at a local guesthouse. According to deputy provincial police chief Kao Ratana, Adrian Edward Smith was sent to the Immigration Department at the Ministry of Interior in Phnom Penh on Tuesday.
