Battambang mine blast

THREE men were injured after driving over an anti-tank mine in Battambang province on Sunday evening, officials said yesterday. Sdao commune Police Chief Ram Rith said the three men had been riding on a tractor pulling a trailer full of corn when they drove over the mine. “It was heavy enough to make an anti-tank explode,” he said. “Their tractor, with trailer, was exploded by an anti-tank mine and two men were seriously injured and one [sustained] painful stomach injuries.”
