A workshop to raise awareness about the Chemical

Weapons Convention was held in Phnom

Penh March 11-13. It was presided over by Em Sam An,

secretary of state at the Ministry of Interior and vice-chairman of the

National Chemical Weapons Authority, and Japanese ambassador Shinohara

Katsuhiro, along with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
