Some 70 residents representing 130 families from Boeung Kak's Village 4, Daun Penh district, lodged complaints with City Hall on Thursday in an effort to delay their pending relocation. The residents have been ordered to move from the lakeside to make room for a residential and commercial project being developed by a local firm owned by Cambodian People's Party (CPP) Senator Lao Meng Khin and his wife.
