Foreign Minister Hor Namhong is to lead a Cambodian delegation to the World Food Summit, to be held November 16-18 in Rome. “The meeting aims to achieve a comprehensive agreement to secure a broad consensus on the total eradication of hunger from the face of the earth by 2025. It also aims to secure sufficient, safe and nutritious food supplies for a growing world population that will reach 9.2 billion in 2050,” Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong said Sunday. He added that the delegation will also include Agriculture Minister Chan Sarun.
