The Appeal Court has again suspended the case of convicted Russian paedophile Alexander Trofimov, who lacks access to a translator or legal representation, a lawyer for child rights group Action Pours Les Enfants said Tuesday. In 2007, Phnom Penh Municipal Court convicted Trofimov of paedophilia and sentenced him to 13 years in prison, although the Appeal Court later reduced the sentence to six years. Trofimov is currently serving a separate 11-year prison sentence on the same charges.
