Local election monitor Comfrel plans to launch a series of books aimed at helping people learn more about the government and its elected representatives. According to a statement released Tuesday, titles include Summary Background of the Fourth Legislature and Participation and Democratic Governance. “Understanding the democratic process will be advantageous for people,” said Koul Panha, executive director of Comfrel.
