More than 100 executives of provincial city election secretariats, political party members and election observers on Monday took part in a one-day training session in Phnom Penh with the National Election Committee. NEC Vice President Sin Chumbo said the session was aimed at examining accuracy and perfecting voter lists and registration ahead of future elections.
