An English national is in stable condition at Calmette Hospital after being shot twice during a robbery outside his home near Russian Market early Sunday morning. Assailants shot Mark Fitzpatrick, age unknown, in the back and chest and stole his motorbike around 1:30am, according to police. Ok Sokhon, police chief of Chamkarmon district, said Monday that officers were "burning their legs and hands" to apprehend the assailants. Brian Gray, who works with Fitzpatrick, said he was in a "clear and coherent" state Monday.
