In Brief: Fake journalists arrested

Three journalists who

claim to work for the Rasmey Borei newspaper were arrested for

extortion on Tuesday in Kampong Thom province. Local police said that

the "unprofessional journalists" demanded US$10 from loggers  who

passed by with wood on their oxcarts. It is the fifth arrest of a

journalist in Kampong Thom accused of harassment and extortion this

year, according local rights group Licadho.
