Prime Minister Hun Sen facetiously thanked Tuesday opposition leader Sam Rainsy following his letter to the prime minister seeking amnesty for Sam Rainsy Party members accused of being former Cambodian Freedom Fighters. "Thank you so much, Excellency Sam Rainsy.... It may or may not be his intention, but he uses language that treats me as a king to attack me for promoting myself as one."
