In Brief: Japan names new Jica representative

Suzuki Yasujiro replaced Yoneda Kazuhiro as the chief representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), a government official said Wednesday. Kazuhiro, who is returning to Japan to take up another job with JICA, headed up the Cambodia office for three years, said Eang Sophalleth, a spokesman for Prime Minister Hun Sen.
