Judges are to decide whether

former Khmer Rouge social affairs minister Ieng Thirith should be

released on bail in a public hearing scheduled Monday at the war crimes

court. The former regime leader has been held at the court's detention

facility since she was arrested, along with her husband, former foreign

affairs minister Ieng Sary, in 2007.
