A letter was submitted Wednesday to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court in

the absence of "Brother No 2" Nuon Chea's two foreign co-lawyers,

Michiel Pestman and Victor Koppe, who were summonsed to the court in

relation to a criminal investigation over corruption at the Khmer Rouge

tribunal. Both lawyers are currently in the Netherlands and unable to

attend court. Prosecutors are expected to summons further witnesses in

the near future.
