A

criminal investigation into corruption at the Khmer Rouge tribunal

began in earnest Thursday, with legal consultant for Nuon Chea's

defence team Andrew Ianuzzi becoming the first member of the court to

be interviewed by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. Ianuzzi said he hoped

the investigation would help finally get to the bottom of the issue,

which remains unresolved.
