In Brief: Sok an upbeat on heritage meet

Deputy Prime Minister Sok An is scheduled to return to Phnom Penh on July 5 following the World Heritage Committee's annual meeting in Seville, Spain, said Chea Vandeth, Sok An's cabinet chief at the Council of Ministers. Sok An said in an interview with Radio France International (RFI) that the visit had been a success. "We have pushed for Thailand to respect international law, but Cambodia continues to share a relationship ... with Thailand and avoid war between the two countries," Sok An told RFI.
