Mu Sochua, a Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) parliamentary candidate for Kampot, appeared in Kampot Court on Tuesday to answer questions concerning her complaint against San Sman, a general in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF). Mu Sochua's complaint followed an incident on July 7, the fifth day of the election campaign, in which San Sman allegedly assaulted her after she tried to take a photograph of CPP posters attached to both sides of his car, which bore RCAF licence plates.
