In Brief: Suspect found in killing of MP's son

Police are awaiting an arrest warrant for a suspect in the murder of Yun Thavrun, son of Sam Rainsy Party Parliamentarian Yun Tharo, last month. Touch Naruth, Phnom Penh police chief, told the Post the suspect has been identified. On September 1, SRP lawmakers wrote a letter to Interior Minister Sar Kheng requesting the arrest of the person alleged to have killed the 25-year-old on August 9. The victim was shot twice, and three others were severely wounded following a road accident in front of Wat Botum pagoda in Chaktomuk commune, Daun Penh district.
