Cambodia is sending a "youth" delegation to Japan as part of the
Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS)
program. The exchange program, the fourth for 2008, allows students to
"enhance friendships and mutual understandings" about each others'
countries, according to a press release Friday.
