Siem Reap Provincial Court has charged a British national with sexually assaulting three female domestic workers in Siem Reap town. Sun Bunthorng, head of the provincial Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection office, said William Mathieson Miller, 69, an English teacher, was arrested and charged yesterday with rape, attempted rape and sexual assault.
