Brothel demolition

A section of ramshackle squatter housing and brothels on Sothearos Boulevard was

demolished on July 6 as part of the Municipal Government's ongoing city beautification

effort.. The area, next to the site of recent fire that resulted in the relocation

of more than 2700 people, is to be a park.
