King Norodom Sihanouk presided over the opening of the 10th Sangha Assembly on May 29 at Chaktomuk Theater. The 500 participants, including monks, diplomats, politicians and the general public, heard the King advocate unity and a return to traditional Buddhist values in his opening address.
