Budget debate goes on

Debates over the 2011 draft budget law will continue today after opposition members from the Sam Rainsy Party blasted the government for not spending enough on health services or education, despite increases in both sectors. Government officials countered, saying that the poverty rate is likely to decrease to 26 percent this year, down from 27.4 in 2009.
