A Business Licensing Hotline has been established to give Small and Medium Enterprises

a channel to submit complaints related to business licensing and inspections conducted

by ministries and government agencies. A Hotline staff will process complaints and

refer them to the relevant government agency for consideration. The hotline's brochure

says, "Information about enterprises or individuals filing complaints will only

be presented to the ministry or agency responsible for resolving the complaint."
