Businesses pushed back in S'ville

Preah Sihanouk provincial authorities announced new boundaries for Ochheuteal beach on Thursday that will force 40 business owners to move their establishments back about 30 metres from the shoreline. At a meeting with the business owners last Wednesday, provincial authorities said they were planing to “beautify the beach” and wanted to complete the transition before Chinese New Year in about two weeks.
