VIETNAMESE police have arrested a Cambodian national on suspicion of involvement in a regional drug trafficking ring, the country’s state media reported yesterday. According to the report, Cambodian Koem Sokda was arrested November 9 along with Vietnamese national Vu Van Chinh after allegedly entering Vietnam from China in possession of nearly 4 kilograms of synthetic heroin.
