Cambodian observers for US polls

As one of the volunteer international observers in Cambodia's last national election,

I was amazed at the hypocritical, self-righteous arrogance of the observers from

the US National Republican Institute. Now I realize how much the Americans need help

in learning democratic election procedures and how

to count votes. Maybe the Royal Government of Cambodia can send a monitoring delegation

to Florida.
