UNDP representative Dominique Ait Ouyahia-McAdams signed a $1.8 million program with

the government October 2 to reduce poverty. Last year's UN Millennium Summit noted

poverty was the greatest development challenge in many nations. Around 36 percent

of Cambodia's population lives below the poverty line.
