The re-trial of two men accused of assassinating trade union leader Chea Vichea,

will happen on August 1.

The case against Bourn Samnang and Sok Samoeun was dropped at the Phnom Penh municipal

court due to lack of evidence, but the prosecutor appealed.

Requests for bail have been exhausted.
